All Wrapped Up, No Risk Program

• Free sales supplies
  Each student is supplied with a complete sales packet. (Approximate value $1.50 each)
  Your packets will arrive prepacked with the brochure(s) that have been selected for your program.
• A large full color 10 X 13 sales packet envelope serves as both the prize chart and turn in day collection envelope.
• Two 3 part carbonless "NO TALLY" order forms will also be included in each packet. Each order form allows the seller to take orders from up to eleven customers and three items per customer. A total of 33 items can be ordered on each order form. Additional order forms will be sent to have on hand as extras. See order tallying below for more details.
• Fundraiser "parent" letter
  We will draft a customized parent letter that explains your fundraiser and the important dates. This letter will also explain all of the exciting awards and student activities that are a part of your promotion plan.
• Kickoff program
  We offer two types of kickoffs designed to get your fundraising campaign started right.
  1. Let the FUNdraiser begin! Your sellers will be cheering the start of the fundraiser after participating in our exciting student assembly. Students will be presented with the fundraising program and allowed to participate in a fun and games question and answer session. We offer this service to schools and groups within proximity to our Florida / Georgia office.
  2. Roll the tape! Start your fundraiser with a short, entertaining video designed to be broadcast over your school's classroom television system. Each video is custom recorded to include your sale dates and special promotions. Average runtime is 12 minutes.
• Order turn in day
  Simply sort each order form by classroom and staple multiple orders per student together. Verify and deposit all funds into your account. Use our prepaid UPS label to ship the orders to our customer service department. Download our Sponsor Guide for more details.
• Data Entry
  Our team of data entry professionals will key each order into a state of the art computer tally and pack system. It is during this process that student sales totals are determined, prize levels awarded, and invalid item numbers corrected. Complete computer reports are printed giving you critical sales information for each class and student as well as an overall school report.
• Pack-for-student service
  After data entry has been completed every order is hand picked and packed. Each student's items will be individually bagged and then boxed together with his or her classroom. A student packing slip and a copy of the original order form will be included in each student bag. Each classroom box is clearly identified with the corresponding teacher name.
• Shipping
  We will ship your order using a variety of transportation options determined by your location and size of order. This expense is included as a part of our All Wrapped Up, No Risk Program.
• Prizes
  Last, but certainly not least, are prizes and promotions. As fundraising professionals, we offer you our extensive knowledge and expertise in the all important art of awards and motivation. Every school is unique and requires a custom promotion plan to meet the students age level and expectations.
