A good plan will address the following topics:

3. Launch of your sale. Student assembly. Procedure to distribute brochures and/or checkout product
4. Collection/Deposit of monies
5. Receipt of delivery
6. Distribution of product (if applicable)
7. Distribution of prizes (if applicable)
8. Handling of any questions or problems with orders- Designate one contact person
9. Wrapping up final details
