Terms and Conditions
Please take a moment to carefully read
the following terms and conditions that apply to the product or
program you have selected. Our terms and conditions are very
simple as we do not have hidden charges, complicated ordering procedures
or any other small print. Should you have a specific question regarding
your order please call our customer service department at 1-800-234-5561.

Candy Fundraising
Payment Terms: We offer you three
ways to pay for your candy order.
- Pay by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- Pay by check. Please allow 3-5 days for your check to clear
before your order is shipped.
- School P.O. No money up front! Take 30 days to pay! This option
is available only to public schools. An official purchase order
signed by a school principal is required.
Product
Returns: In order to guarantee factory fresh candy, we cannot accept
returns of edible products. Should any of our products ever arrive defective
or damaged we will refund or replace it at no extra charge.
Delivery: All orders are processed
the day they are received. Please allow 7-10 days for your order
to arrive. Deliveries are shipped from one of our 17 distribution
centers located across the United States.
Freight Charges: FREE freight
is provided on all candy orders. Special orders that are less than
minimum may incur a small charge for freight. Call for details.
Gift Brochure Fundraising (Pre-sell type programs)
Payment Terms: Payment is due
in full before or at the time of delivery. All monies from your
fundraiser should be deposited into your groups banking account.
Approximately 2 weeks after we have received your order you will
be sent an invoice for the amount that is due to Cady Fundraising
Services. Your bookkeeper or treasurer should then prepare a check
in time for the delivery day.
Product
Returns: As with all of our products, we offer a100% guarantee
of satisfaction. If for any reason a customer desires a refund or exchange
we will be happy to oblige. See our gift program sponsor guide for details
on handling gift product discrepancies. We do not have a blanket return
policy for our gift brochure fundraisers since most organizations run
their fundraiser as a pre-pay type program.
Delivery: Order turn around time
is 3 - 4 weeks. Please see the gift program sponsor guide for further
details.
Freight Charges: FREE freight
is provided on all orders.
Cookie Dough Fundraiser
Payment
Terms: Payment is due in full before or at the time of delivery.
All monies from your fundraiser should be deposited into your groups
banking account. Approximately 1 week after we have received your
order you will be sent an invoice for the amount that is due to
Cady Fundraising Services. Your bookkeeper or treasurer should then
prepare a check in time for the delivery day.
Product Returns: As with all
of our products, we offer a100% guarantee of satisfaction. If for
any reason a customer desires a refund or exchange we will be happy
to oblige. Shipments are in full case quantity. We do not have a
blanket return policy for our cookie dough fundraisers since most
organizations run their fundraiser as a pre-pay type program.

Freight Charges: FREE freight
is provided on all orders. Orders that are less than the 333 unit
(1,000 lbs.) minimum may incur a small charge for freight. Call
for details.
Magazine Sales
Payment
Terms: Payment is due in full at time of order. All monies
from your fundraiser should be deposited into your groups banking
account. A sales summary and profit recap worksheet will be provided
to determine initial amount owed.
Subscription Fulfillment: Allow
12-14 weeks from the start of your fundraiser for the all subscriptions
to begin. Fulfillment time varies according to each publisher and
weather a subscription is a new or renewal.

Services with certain restrictions and limitations applied. Content

be conducted via an authorized member of your organization. An authorized
member must be at least 21 years of age or older and hold official
membership status. We reserve the right to refuse service to any
group or organization that is deemed inappropriate or unqualified.
